![]() Posted by Harry Nicholson on 21st Nov 2022 I will be getting all my kids these shoes. I got my husband size 11 and he says they're definitely true to size. Xero says their men's shoes are wider so I got a men's 8.5 and it's fitted perfectly. I have super wide feet and they surprisingly have gotten even more wider since I've switched to barefoot shoes (used to be women's size 9 now women's 10). ![]() ![]() Stylish, quality make, flexible, wide toe box, breathable, zero drop, ground feel, stylish, versatile and suitable for all genders and ages. The Prio meet all the requirements I need and want in a shoe. I highly recommend that you give them a try. My feet feel a little sore from adjusting to the lack of cushioning but the experience of being able to feel all the joints in my feet react to walking is amazing. I’ve been wearing these shoes non stop for a few days. It wasn’t until I removed my shoes at the gym one morning that I noticed such a difference in stability and contact feel. Having read about this kind of approach to footwear years ago, I have been slow to act. Overall I'm very happy with the shoe, I like the design, good construction, quite comfortable, good toe spacing, just wear them without the removable inner sole. No matter what, they kept sliding back up the heel which I had to fix every few minutes, as it was extremely uncomfortable. I wore the shoes with them in for the first few weeks to get used to the shoe but I had to remove them. Only 2 negatives 1, pretty uncomfortable to do standing calf raise exercise, but that is subjective. I like the design of the white ones, they have an 80's/90's retro kind of look. Construction so far seems solid and good, no signs of stitching coming loose or fraying. I love the wide toebox, it gives my toes a lot of freedom and feels great to walk around in. I bought these a couple months ago now and these are my first "barefoot" style shoe. There was a concern regarding sizing when received but I was able to take it to the Rosebery where the helpful store owner check the fit and exchanged for a more appropriate one. Have not used for running.Īm using this shoe for martial arts and it is quite good in terms of comfort and grip. No complaints.Īctivities: weight lifting (like the zero drop and wide toe box for squats) and cardio like bike and jump rope. Experience on the website was great and shipping was fast within Australia. These are very comfortably, feel more durable than my old ones, and fit was perfect for having ordered online. The brand I have always been loyal to messed with their latest versions so I went looking for a new one to try and kept coming across Xero being high up in recommendation lists. Had an old wide-toe box zero drop shoe that has served me well at the gym for years, but was time to get something new.
